Coming soon,for webmasters that use the Flash Chat php script. A new Windows desktop application for your users to download that puts your Flash Chat right on their desktop with tray notification ability.

My goal is to keep this application simple. No need for server side scripts. Also, the ability for the webmaster to compile the setup program at anytime, adding various settings from a tool designed for the application.

I have completed about 98% of the project at this time. I have a few other items I need to finish but the chat is working great at this time. The software features a tray icon notification it detects new chat and the program is minimized. It also supports graphical skins, there are hundreds to choose from since I've built support into it for mstyles type skins.

The easiest way to use the client with your site is if you have Flashchat installed and your installation is a default Flash chat installation which accepts remote logins by posting the user name and password to the script. This type of of Flash Chat installation works seamlessly. The other type of installation I want to support is where your site software requires a remote login, and then Flash Chat just loads up after logging into your site without login needs. This type of installation has many more variables that can create difficulties but I think I will have a way of doing this for those of you in this situation.

Anyone interested in beta testing this software, please contact support. I will require you to be knowledgeable with Flash Chat, you currently need to be running Flash Chat and have no problems installing scripts like Flash Chat when needed. You also need to give detailed information about anything the software needs and/or describing a bug and how to duplicate it. There are usually constant updates during this process, getting back to me in a timely manner is a must.
